- Introduction
The Information Systems Job Index (“IS Job Index”) is a national study of Information Systems graduate outcomes. It is published at isjobindex.com (the “Site”). The Site is published by Temple University, through the Institute for Business and Information Technology (IBIT) in the Fox School of Business (“we,” “us”). The study is conducted in partnership with the Association for Information Systems (AIS) and participating universities, including the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.
These Terms of Use apply to anyone who visits or uses the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
- About the Data
The IS Job Index reports placement, salary, and job outcomes for IS graduates. Please read results with these limits in mind.
- Source. Data come from participating programs.
- Coverage. Results reflect participating programs only. They are not a census of all IS programs or graduates.
- Self-reported. Much of the data is self-reported by graduates or programs. We review it but cannot verify every record.
- Aggregated. Figures are averages or summaries. Individual outcomes vary by region, employer, and person.
- Timing. Each edition covers a specific graduating cohort. Markets change. Older editions may not reflect current conditions.
- Methodology. The full report describes how data are collected and analyzed. See Full Report.
The Site is for general information. It is not career, admissions, financial, or salary advice. Please use other sources before making decisions about education, careers, or compensation.
